Through Herde’s Self Made Woman program, you’ll embark on the process of transformation that will take you from lost to limitless.
As you work through program modules and daily exercises, you’ll learn to let go of the limiting beliefs that are holding you back, plus get crystal clear on your purpose, values and what drives you to get up in the morning. You’ll establish boundaries that enable growth and dive deep into self-care, all while developing the skills to not only go after what you want… but demand what you want in your finances, career, relationships and life in general.
This self-paced course is recommended to be completed over a four-week period with students ideally completing one module per week, however, we realise each student is different. Khara will lead you through the online content over the four modules — it’s up to you when you move on to the next piece of content.
Week 1 — What is Self Leadership and why Self Lead?
Self leadership is about prioritising your values, time, self-care and authenticity so that you’re able to make decisions, choices and actions from the heart. You, and you alone, have the ability to intentionally influence your thinking, feeling and actions so that you can create anything you want in your life — and this module will show you how to do just that.
Week 2 — The Self-Leadership pillars
When it comes to self leadership there is a set of seven pillars that we believe encompass everything you need to lead yourself successfully in the four key areas; finances, career, relationships and self-care. These foundational pillars will be explored in-depth so that you’re able to fully grasp and hopefully embody them as you progress through this course.
Week 3 — Sitting in discomfort and facing fears
To create real change in your life it’s so important that you’re able to challenge yourself, and push yourself into spaces that feel unfamiliar and even a little bit scary. In this module, you’ll learn how to step outside your comfort zone.
Week 4 — Showing kindness and compassion to yourself
This module is all about being kind to yourself, knowing that you already have all the answers, and that your opinions, wants and needs are valuable.
