Peach Fool with Hemp Seeds


The perfect dessert to serve at your next dinner party. It looks fancy and time consuming but any fool could make it (see what we did there?).

Serves 4 

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes


  • 500g Ripe Peaches, washed, destoned and roughly chopped + 1 peach, sliced to serve

  • 2 Dried Figs (30g) roughly chopped

  • 100ml or 1/3 Cup Water

  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 Cup Greek Yoghurt or Coconut Yoghurt

  • 1 Tsp Raw Honey (optional to sweet yoghurt)

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds to serve


  1. Place chopped peaches, figs, water in a cinnamon into a medium saucepan. Bring to the boil then simmer for 12-14m until softened, stir a couple of times to ensure nothing is sticking to the bottom.

  2. Whilst peaches are softening. Mix your yoghurt with honey, this is optional if you don’t want it too sweet.

  3. Load up jars or wine glasses. First dollop some peach compote, followed by yoghurt and repeat. Top with slices of peach, hemp seeds and serve warm or leave in fridge to cool for an hour.
